Women in Music

Welcome to women in music page.

Does this mean that men cannot play?  Yes, only women can play.  So with that said, we needed a special place just dedicated to fine and fantastic women musicians.  We start off our special virtual concert with Bella Musica the Flute Quartet.   I had the please to attend their rehearsal at California State University Long Beach and I feel in love with classical music on the spot.  The group was formed in 2001 by Rena Urso-Trapani.  Rena plays the flute.  Briana Bandy plays viola, Sharon Rizzo plays cello, and Angela Scalise plays the violin. 

I was not tell the truth about men in music.  Wait until you see our vistural concert on October 22, 2009.  This happens to be lights on afterschool day.  We try to do something special each year.  This year we are doing a virtual concert.  Bella Musica is going to be in it and we wanted to give you a sneak preview on PNN.  If you want to see the concert, you will have to visit the Kids Talk Radio Apple site.
